Julia Bistuła (ur. 1985) – artystka mixed media, edukatorka artystyczna. Absolwentka Wydziału Rzeźby Akademii Sztuk Pięknych w Warszawie (2012) oraz Arteterapii na APS w Warszawie (2017). Stypendystka MKiDN. Brała udział w wystawach indywidualnych i zbiorowych, plenerach oraz warsztatach artystycznych. W swojej praktyce twórczej eksploruje wolność języka wizualnego i poetyckie wyrażanie obecności. Prace artystki łączą symbolikę z wieloaspektowością ludzkiej natury, rzeczywistość z nierealnością. Assemblage jest polem emocjonalnego dialogu w którym treść historii przedmiotu przenika się z elementami cielesności. Rzeźba w kamieniu, realizowana w kameralnej skali, stanowi pole wyrażania sensorycznej abstrakcji, badając zmysłowy potencjał surowca. Artystka zachęca odbiorcę do postrzegania rzeźby również przez dotyk.
Julia Bistula (born 1985) – mixed media artist, art educator. Graduate of the Faculty of Sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (2012) and Art Therapy at the APS in Warsaw (2017). Scholarship holder of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. She has participated in individual and collective exhibitions, plein airs and art workshops. In her creative practice, she explores the freedom of visual language and the poetic expression of presence. The artist’s works combine symbolism with the multifaceted nature of human nature, reality with unreality. Assemblage is a field of emotional dialogue in which the content of the history of an object intertwines with elements of corporeality. Sculpture in stone, realized on an intimate scale, is a field of expressing sensory abstraction, exploring the sensual potential of the material. The artist encourages the viewer to perceive the sculpture also through touch.
